The “Sex and the City” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for participation only in the United States and shall be construed according to, and governed exclusively by United States law, more specifically the laws of New York State Do not participate if you are not a legal resident of the United States physically located in the United States at the time of entry or do not fall within the eligibility requirements set forth in the Official Rules Below.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1.  Eligibility: The "Sex and the City" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Big Honcho Media, LLC (“Sponsor”), New Line Productions, Inc., ("New Line"), NYC & Company, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., the Participating Websites (as defined below) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, web masters and web suppliers (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.  Void where prohibited. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2.  To Enter: Visit one (1) of the following participating websites: BeautyRiot.com, PopMatters.com, ImNotObsessed.com, Parenthood.com, TheBudgetFashionista.com, StarPulse.com, MovieWeb.com, AceShowBiz.com, SheKnows.com, Popoholic.com (the “Participating Website(s)”) from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on or about May 16, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. ET on June 15, 2008 (the "Promotion Period") and follow the instructions to complete and submit the official Sweepstakes entry form.  The entry form and these Official Rules will pop up once the “Sex and the City” feature on the Participating Website is clicked.  All entries must be received by Sponsor by the end of the Promotion Period.  Sponsor's database clock will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes.  All requested information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win.  Proof of entering information at a Participating Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. 

NOTE:    Entry must be made by the participant, only at a Participating Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for the Sweepstakes.  The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address for the Sweepstakes.  Participants may not enter with multiple email addresses, nor may participants use any other means to enter multiple times, and any participant who does so, or otherwise attempts to enter multiple times will be disqualified.  Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its online privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.bhmcontest.com/privacy.html.  To the extent participants agree at the time of entry to share their personal information with Sponsor's promotional partners, such promotional partners will use such information in accordance with their own independent privacy practices.

3.  Random Drawing/Odds: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 30, 2008 (unless time frame is changed by Sponsor) from all eligible entries received at the Participating Websites during the Promotion Period.  Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received, and one (1) First Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries receive via each of the Participating Websites.  The potential winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail, using the information provided at the time of entry.  Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.  If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit the applicable prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected.  If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will successively attempt to contact up to two (2) potential winners in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the prize after such attempts have been made, the prize may go unawarded. 

Many will enter; only eleven (11) will win.  Actual Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.  Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize consists of a 3-day/2-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to New York, New York.  The Grand Prize includes four round-trip coach Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates (American Eagle or the AmericanConnection® carriers)  for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) to and from the airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s .primary residence (provided such residence is in the 50 U.S.) and which is served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates and New York, New York and two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations.  The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.  The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities, fees, gratuities, all ground transportation and any other costs and expenses incurred while on the trip.  The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion(s) must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and if a travel companion is not of the legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a "Minor,"), the Grand Prize winner must be such companion's parent or legal guardian.  Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable.  Air travel and hotel accommodations must be prescheduled by Sponsor at least three (3) weeks before requested departure date and cannot be modified once booked. All travel must take place between July 15, 2008 and December 15, 2008 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All air travel and accommodations are strictly subject to availability. Other restrictions and black out dates may apply. Tickets and hotel stays are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Airline tickets are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles.  Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply.  The Grand Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or changed in any way.  Tickets may not be sold to a third party.  All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes.  The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins and may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations.  The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the Grand Prize ARV in these Official Rules.  The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure.  In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion(s) engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion(s) home with no further compensation.  Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route, subject to American Airlines’ approval (which shall be in its sole discretion) and select hotels in its sole discretion.  Departure and airport taxes, customs/agriculture fees and federal, state, local and other taxes, if any, on the Grand Prize are not included and are the Grand Prize winner's sole responsibility. American Airlines is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies as prizing in connection with this Sweepstakes.  The Grand Prize winner will receive a W-9 tax form for the value of the Grand Prize.  If the Grand Prize winner is unable to accept the Grand Prize as stated, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another Grand Prize winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Ten (10) First Prizes are available.  Nine (9) First Prize winners selected from among the eligible entries received from each of the following Participating Websites -- BeautyRiot.com, PopMatters.com, ImNotObsessed.com, Parenthood.com, StarPulse.com, MovieWeb.com, AceShowBiz.com, SheKnows.com and Popoholic.com -- will each receive one (1) $200 Visa gift card.  One (1) First Prize winner selected from among the eligible entries received from TheBudgetFashionista.com will receive one (1) $500 Visa gift card. Total ARV of the First Prizes: $2300.00.  Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions generally applicable thereto.

The total ARV of all prizes is $4,800.

No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution permitted, except the Sponsor (with consent of American in its sole discretion, as applicable) may substitute a prize or any portion of a prize with an item of equal or greater retail value due to unavailability or if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, has security or safety concerns. Limit one (1) prize per person and/or household.  Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only.  Actual prize(s) may vary from the prize(s) pictured.  All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

5.  Conditions Of Participation: Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.  All portions of the prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable.  All details and other restrictions of the prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where imposing such condition is legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  If a potential Grand Prize winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification, such Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected.  The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion(s) must execute applicable Prize Claim Documents prior to issue of any travel documents.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  If a potential Grand Prize winner is a Minor, at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize winner, or the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize winner will be required to ratify and sign the Prize Claim Documents.  If a potential Grand Prize winner (or, in the case of a Minor, such Minor's winner's parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of prize notification, the Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and the next runner up may be selected as an alternate Grand Prize winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

The Promotion Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Promotion Entities and those acting under their authority to use the winner's name, photograph, voice. likeness, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's sole responsibility. 

6. American Airlines Travel Authorization Certificate Terms.  This Travel Certificate  may be used to purchase air travel wholly on American Airlines or its Airline Associates.  Travel Certificates are redeemable for air travel sold and originating in the 50 United States.  Travel Certificates are not returnable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged Travel Certificate will not be replaced.  Travel Certificate has no implied warranties and is not a credit or debit card.  Travel Certificate is based on availability at the time of reservation, and must adhere to applicable blackout dates.   Travel Certificate is valid for one year from the date issued.  Expiration date cannot be extended.  Travel using Travel Certificates does not qualify for American Airlines AAdvantage® mileage credit or elite status American Airlines is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. For complete AAdvantage program details, visit www.aa.com/aadvantage. Prize Provider is not liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. American Airlines reserves the right to revise rules and conditions at any time without notice.

7. AMERICAN AIRLINES TRAVEL TERMS. Travel for the winner and guests must take place within one (1) year from the date the Travel Certificates are issued.  If winner is unable to travel by this date, prize will be forfeited.  Travel must originate and end at the airport nearest winner’s home that is served by American Airlines or their Airline Associates.  Travel is subject to availability and certain other restrictions, which are subject to change in the sole discretion of American Airlines.  Winner’s guest must be 18 years of age or older if not a member of winner’s immediate family and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release (which must also be signed by such guest’s parent or legal guardian, if minor) prior to travel.  Winner and winner’s guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date.  No stopovers are permitted

8.  Limitations on Liability: It is each participant's responsibility to ensure that he/she has complied with the conditions contained in these Official Rules, and each person who enters the Sweepstakes does so at their own risk.  Each participant agrees that the Promotion Entities: (a) have no liability whatsoever for and shall be held harmless by participants for any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of or inability to use any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, including any travel or Sweepstakes related activity; (b) have no liability whatsoever for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any severe weather, hurricane, flood, fire, war, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control; and (c) the Promotion Entities have no liability whatsoever for cancellations, delays or diversions by the airline(s) or hotel, or any loss or damage to baggage.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the Participating Websites, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant's eligibility. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select potential winners from the eligible entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.  Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.  Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, technical failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of any technology used in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding prize claims or entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry used to enter will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Any use of micro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and participants using such methods will be disqualified.

9.  General Information: The registration information you provide will be used to administer the Sweepstakes. In accordance with the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, Sponsor may use this information to provide you with a more personalized experience, including future recommendations and promotions that may be of special interest to you. 10.  Official Rules and Winners List: To obtain a copy of any legally-required winner's list or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:  Big Honcho Media, Attn: "Sex and the City" Sweepstakes, 111 Broadway, Suite 505, New York, NY 10006.  Requests received after August 15, 2008 will not be honored. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York in the United States of America and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
